This paper continues the investigation of the first author begun in part one. The hereditary properties of n -homomorphism amenability for Banach algebras are investigated and the relations between n -homomorphism amenability of a Banach algebra and its ideals are found. Analogous to the character amenability, it is shown that the tensor product of two unital Banach algebras is n -homomorphism amenable if and only if each one is n -homomorphism amenable.

In French law, there arise controversies about legal NOTION of proceedings’ relationship (lien d’instance). Some authors addressing on proceedings’ connection as real riddle. Some other qualified this relationship as contractual or quasi-contractual and refer to it as judicial contract- as formerly described in reference to, especially during the classical period in Rome. Some authors believe that best leave the contractual qualification of the proceedings’ relationship unto Roman Law, because the litigants’ obligations have only the legal origin. Despite the aforementioned criticisms, very principles of civil procedure law may authorize qualifying as contractual, the concept of civil proceedings.

The main theme dealt with in this paper is the "what" and "how" of the Shī‘īte extremism as one of the religio-ideological pathologies. Among the essential ways to resolve this type of issue is to acquire exact knowledge of its aspects, symbols, and manifestations, which in turn is dependant upon searching into its historical and cultural origins, requiring a study of the psychological, humanistic, and sociological backgrounds of the issue. However, with just a brief delving into the history of extremism, this writing touches upon the most important intellectual foundations and principles of non-heretical extremism and analyzes some of its basic pivots. Nevertheless, the author regards the best and the soundest way of judging this topic to be the examination of the effects and consequences resulting from this type of thinking, including antinomianism and unduly allegorical interpretations (ta’wīl).

In order to study the genetic control of resistance to COMMON smut in maize, two resistant inbred lines, K1264/1 and K47/2-2-21 and two susceptible inbred lines, K3304/1-2 and K47/2-2-1-3-3-1, were crossed as K1264/1 × K3304/1-2, K47//2-2-21 × K3304/1-2 and K1264/1 × K47/2-2-1-3-3-1. The F1, F2, BC1 and BC2 progenies were produced and evaluated along with parents using randomized compelet block design with three replications. All generations were artificially inoculated with spordia of Ustilago maydis suspension. Inoculation was carried out 7-10 days after silking through injection of 3 ml of 106 spores/ml fungal suspension, using tip injection method. At maturity, disease severity was determined based on ears infection and analysed according to generation means analysis method for three crosses. Joint scaling test showed that the presence of additive, dominance and epistasis effects, especially additive × additive and dominance × dominance type, and in lesser extent, additive × dominance, in genetic control of resistance to maize COMMON smut. Average broad and narrow-sense heritability based on three crosses data were estimated 80.3 and 57.3, respectively.

Gadamer evaluates Nietzsche's perception of the horizon as it is not possible to go beyond that. In the Masnavi, tales such as “Discrepancies in the Shape of the Cell”, and the story of “Johee, and that Child who Sang a Monody before his Father's Corpse”, are examples of the realization of the horizon in Nietzsche's NOTION of it. Because in these anecdotes, characters are subdued by their own limited horizons. Gadamer, in contrast to Nietzsche, considers the historical movement of human life to be the fact that human horizons are fluid and open and vary according to different situations and circumstances. Accordingly, Gadamer, in his philosophical hermeneutics, knows the foundation of understanding as the interpreter's horizons and the horizons of the text. The realization of such a concept is objectively observable as an example in the story of Mosa and the Shepherd in Masnavi. At the beginning of the story, Mosa (the symbol of the Tanzieh) and the shepherd (the symbol of the Tashbih) are each on their horizon. But in continue, and with the dialogue between these two horizons, the horizon of the shepherd and the horizon of Mosa, we faced with open horizons and a new hermeneutical situation, which is the fusion of horizons of Tanziah and Tashbih in the Shepherd and Moses.

The use of zeolite was investigated to improve the environmental condition of COMMON carp. The fingerlings of 13 grams were tested in 4 treatments. Each treatment contained 60 fish and 3 replications, in RBD experiment design. The treatment was performed 20, 40, 80 and 120 mg/l and one without zeolite as control. EC, T, O2 and salinity was equal but the amount of No2, NO3, NH4 and total hardness, was lower in zeolite treatment compared to the control group. Other parameters such as TDS, pH and sulfide were not different. The results showed that using zeolite can improve the water condition but the SGR, PER, FCR and total weight, in spite of pronounced difference between the dosage of 8 and 120 mg/l, the difference was not significant. In treatment of 80 mg/l, weight increased for 31%, GR for 29%, SGR for 29%, PER for 42%, more than the control group. FCR in the control group was 3.07 while in treatment with 80 mg/l zeolite, it was 2.34.The present study showed by using zeolite and by good management to improve the water condition, it is possible to improve the growth parameters of fish.

The present paper is critique of the article. Popular Shi’i Mourning Rituals. (Article 44) from Shi’ism collection written by Dr. Chlkowski. Although his viewpoint upon Shi’i mourning rituals is written impartially, like the viewpoint of a lot of orientalists it has some deficiencies. With a descriptive statement, he explains the mourning rituals in different Shiite regions around the world. His basis to analyze these programs is founded on a symbolic view of an external viewer and without relying on the Shia sources and educations. One of the methods of recognizing the beliefs of a society is analyzing the present symbols of that environment from which the author has used to analyze the data. The present paper attempts to show that this kind of method could not be a correct statement of the Shiite rituals and educations and this method is accompanied with some problems and deficiencies.On two main points of deficiencies and advantages, the present study looks upon Chlkowski’s writing and analyzes the positive points of this article in the form and structure of a paper as well as the writer’s style and its deficiencies based on two content and methodological approaches.

Let $R$ be a commutative ring and let $M$ be an $R$-module. In this paper, we introduce the dual NOTION of fuzzy prime (that is, fuzzy second) submodules of $M$ and explore some of the basic properties of this class of submodules. We say a non-zero fuzzy submodule $\mu$ of $M$ is fuzzy second if for each $r \in R$, we have $1_r. \mu = \mu$ or $1_r. \mu = 1_\theta$. It is shown that the fuzzy second submodules is a proper subclass of the fuzzy coprimary submodules.
